Return & Refund Policy – LUXE SKIN CENTER

At Luxe Skin Center, we care about your satisfaction and your skin health. While we must follow hygiene and safety guidelines, we will always do our best to ensure a positive experience. 

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  
  

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase (in-store) or 14 days of delivery (online orders).
  
  

• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
  
  

  • Opened or used skincare and cosmetic products
    
    

  • eGift Card and Plastic Gift Card or promotional items

  • All eGift Card and Plastic Gift Card sales are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged except where required by law. Lost or undelivered cards can be resent if they have not been redeemed. Cards cannot be used to buy other gift cards or for unauthorized resale
    
    

  • Services or treatments already rendered
    
    

2. In-Store Purchases

• Bring your original receipt and the unused product to our store.
  
  

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  
  

• Store credit may be offered if the original payment method is unavailable.
  
  

3. Online Purchases

• To initiate a return, please contact us at info@luxeskincenter.com with your order number.
  
  

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  
  

• Once inspected and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  
  

4. Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
  
  

• We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping fees.
  
  

5. Exchanges

• Exchanges are only available for unopened items of equal or lesser value.
  
  

• If the desired item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.
  
  

6. Services & Treatments

• All services and treatments are non-refundable once provided.
  
  

• Pre-paid packages may be canceled within 7 days of purchase if unused, subject to a 10% processing fee.
