5. Right to Refuse Service

Luxe Skin Center reserves the right to refuse service for lawful reasons, including but not limited to:

• Refusal to complete required waivers, consents, or forms

• Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior toward staff or other clients

6. Health & Safety Policy

• Clients must follow staff instructions for safety and hygiene. Failure to do so may limit liability protections and result in refusal of service.
  
  

7. Payment, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy

• Full payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
  
  

• Cancellation or rescheduling policies apply as posted.
  
  

• Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling at the center’s discretion.
